Conservation efforts change with the seasons. During the winter months outdoor water use is minimal, so our focus is to educate customers about protecting home plumbing from freezing weather. In the summer, outdoor water use significantly increases the amount of water that people use, and our focus is on finding leaks and using water wisely to protect our limited resources.
