Doug and his wife, Eileen, moved to the District in 1994, having previously lived in Corvallis and Baker City. A graduate of Oregon State University, Doug is an environmental engineer and the principal for Keeler Environmental, LLC. Formerly an EHS Manager with both Weyerhaeuser and International Paper, he has worked in the mining, construction and forest industries. Doug served on the Budget Committee from 2000-2003 and has served on the Board from 2003-2008 and 2011-present. Doug also serves on the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission.
